SAMP Group finalized the acquisition of Cortinovis do Brasil, strengthening its footprint in Latin America and, especially, in Brazil’s strategic growth market. The move supports SAMP’s long-term expansion strategy and improves its local support for regional cable manufacturers.
SAMP broadens its product portfolio with this deal and reinforces its role as the only cable equipment supplier that offers an integrated suite of machines for every stage of the cable manufacturing process. The acquisition also deepens SAMP’s relationships with customers who seek complete, end‑to‑end production solutions.
SAMP notes that the Cortinovis do Brasil acquisition builds on strong 35% year‑on‑year organic revenue growth since 2021. This momentum reflects the company’s ongoing transformation and its focus on high‑value technology and service.
Cortinovis do Brasil has served Brazilian and Latin American customers for more than five decades. Its product lines now augment SAMP’s integrated machine portfolio, enabling cable production from start to finish with a single, trusted supplier.
SAMP Group CEO Jouni Heinonen said the company is pleased to welcome Cortinovis do Brasil back into the SAMP family. He emphasized that Cortinovis’s strong reputation in the region will help SAMP expand faster in key Latin American growth markets.
The representative office in São Bernardo do Campo will continue operations in the same location. Regional clients will keep working with the same local leadership they have relied on for years, ensuring continuity and confidence during the transition.
