Amphenol Completes Acquisition of Trexon Industrial Products Group
Amphenol Corporation has completed its acquisition of the Industrial Products Group (IPG) from Trexon. The deal includes key brands such as TPC Wire & Cable, Pittsburgh Wire & Cable, and MilRail, all of which now join Amphenol’s expanding Harsh Environment Solutions Division.
Expanding Amphenol’s Industrial Capabilities
This acquisition further strengthens Amphenol’s presence in harsh environment interconnect markets.
