In the latest fiber optic and wire industry leadership updates, TiniFiber appointed Tom Artinian as its new CEO. Artinian brings over 30 years of leadership experience in fiber optics and cabling. Before joining TiniFiber, he served as CFO and president at the wire and cable division of Hitachi Metals, now Proterial Ltd., where he led market growth initiatives and guided the division through its transition to Proterial.
Artinian succeeds Christian Peterson, TiniFiber’s founder and outgoing CEO, who now serves as chairman. Based in Lindenhurst, New York, TiniFiber continues to lead the industry in manufacturing micro armor fiber optic cables for commercial and industrial applications.

Proterial Cable USA promoted Ken Consalvo to operations manager. Consalvo joined the company in 2023 as a senior process engineer and quickly advanced due to his extensive manufacturing expertise. His background includes roles at Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure Operations, Alphagary, and Data Guide Cable, along with nearly three decades at Belden/CDT’s Mohawk Wire.
American Wire Group Expands Regional Sales Leadership
The American Wire Group (AWG) appointed Amy Sadusky as vice president of regional sales for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Sadusky previously served as a senior sales associate at Venus Power-Com Supply and held leadership roles at Total Electrical Distributors, Clear-VU Lighting, Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Business, and the Prysmian Group. Her 17 years in the wire and electrical products market strengthen AWG’s commitment to growth across sectors such as solar, EV, power transmission, and distribution. SAMP Group Names Simone Badini Technical Department Manager
In Italy, the SAMP Group appointed Simone Badini as its new technical department manager. Badini joined SAMP after almost 12 years with IMA Group, where he advanced from R&D engineer to mechanical engineering manager. Based in Bologna, Italy, SAMP specializes in nonferrous wire processing systems, including multiwire drawing, insulation, and jacketing lines for industrial applications.

Orona brings decades of experience in manufacturing and sales, including eight years at Clark Wire & Cable, where he served as director of broadcast sales. Chroma Color Corporation announced the promotion of Joe Herres from vice president of sales and marketing to CEO earlier this year. Herres, who joined in 2023, brings a strong track record from his 15-year tenure with Spartech LLS, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing and global sales director. He also held leadership roles at PolyOne and Polymer Extruded Products.
