The Madem-Moorecraft Reels USA Denton expansion adds a second nailed wooden reel manufacturing line. This new line uses smart production technology, improves energy efficiency, and offers more customization options. Consequently, customers gain more flexible orders and better-fit reel designs for many cable applications.

Madem-Moorecraft also added a second assembly and distribution warehouse dedicated to the Texas market. Altogether, the Denton site now offers more than 200,000 square feet for wood and plywood reel manufacturing, wood reel recycling, and regional distribution.

Madem-Moorecraft Reels USA operates as a joint venture between Madem Brazil and Moorecraft Reels (USA), combining international manufacturing expertise with a strong U.S. footprint. In addition to Denton, the company runs a plant in Tarboro, North Carolina, expanding its reach across key cable manufacturing regions.

The plywood reel manufacturing line operates in Denton, while Madem-Moorecraft maintains assembly and distribution warehouses in six U.S. states. This multi-state network supports faster deliveries and reliable reel supply for cable, wire, and utility customers nationwide.
