Chinese company completes previously announced deal for Germany’s Leoni AG
Luxshare-ICT has completed its acquisition of Leoni AG, taking a majority stake in the Wiring Systems Division while TIME Interconnect acquired the Automotive Cable Solutions unit. The deal expands market reach, strengthens supply chain integration, and supports Leoni’s restructuring and growth across Europe and Asia.
IWG acquires Hussey Copper
