COFICAB upgrades plant in Mexico, buys 2 lines from Finland’s UPCAST Oy
COFICAB Americas has started producing its own copper via a new UPCAST upcasting line at its Durango, Mexico, plant, closing the loop on its supply chain and strengthening autonomy for automotive wire and cable production across the Americas. A second UPCAST line is on order as Durango and Ciudad Juárez continue to serve as key hubs for regional OEM and harness makers.
