IWG acquires complementary supplier
International Wire Group has acquired Germany-based EMS Elektro Metall Schwanenmühle GmbH, adding customized busbar engineering and manufacturing capabilities that serve power generation, transmission, distribution, storage, data centers, EVs, and renewable applications while broadening IWG’s presence and product portfolio in global electrical infrastructure markets.
