Kinderhook Industries acquires ADC, names Kurt Breischaft as its new CEO
Kinderhook Industries has acquired Advanced Digital Cable (ADC), a Hayesville, North Carolina–based low-voltage wire and cable manufacturer, marking Kinderhook’s eighth wire and cable deal and positioning ADC for accelerated growth with new CEO Kurt Breischaft and three U.S. plants totaling over 500,000 sq ft of manufacturing space.
