Nexans reports setting company record

Nexans’ Halden plant in Norway has set a new record as the cable-laying vessel Nexans Aurora departed with 9,731 tons of subsea cable, the largest load in the company’s history and surpassing a 2023 record by 256 tons. The expanded high-voltage subsea facility, featuring Norway’s tallest building and advanced extrusion capacity, underpins this scale of production and supports major offshore wind, interconnector, and electrification projects worldwide.
