Prysmian holds ceremony to mark the completion of a $63 million plant expansion
Prysmian has completed a $63.8 million expansion of its Du Quoin, Illinois plant, adding 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space, 80 new jobs, expanded EV and renewables cable capacity, and a new solar farm that now supplies about half of the facility’s power under Illinois’ REV program support.

Prysmian has completed a 51,000 sq ft expansion of its Williamsport, PA facility—part of a $22.5 million investment tied to a supply accord with Invenergy. The upgrade adds 27 permanent jobs, doubles U.S. capacity for advanced E3X® transmission conductors, and supports the Grain Belt Express project aimed at strengthening America’s energy infrastructure.
