Riyadh Cables Company has signed a six‑month, non‑binding MoU with Syria’s sovereign wealth fund to manage, operate, and upgrade Syrian Modern Cable Company, localize technical know‑how, and boost Syria’s power and electrical cable manufacturing capacity as part of wider post‑conflict reconstruction efforts.
