IWG acquires Italy’s Special Corde Srl
Italtrecce Srl, part of International Wire Group, has acquired Italian specialty conductor supplier Special Corde Srl, expanding IWG’s capabilities in transformer, motor, and electrical infrastructure applications and positioning the group to better serve accelerating global electrification and grid‑modernization projects.
