Delta Tecnic, part of Global Polymer Solutions, has agreed to acquire Impact Formulators Group, strengthening its additive and color masterbatch capabilities for cable and polymer markets. The deal supports Investindustrial’s strategy to build a larger specialty chemicals platform across Europe and Mexico.
