CommScope Completes $10.5B Sale of CCS Business to Amphenol, Exiting Wire and Cable Manufacturing

CommScope has finalized the $10.5 billion sale of its Connectivity and Cable Solutions business to Amphenol, formally exiting wire and cable manufacturing. The transaction moves CCS brands and employees into Amphenol’s Communications Solutions segment while CommScope rebrands its remaining operations as Vistance Networks.
