Assets of George A. Mitchell bought
Taylor-Winfield Technologies, Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets of George A. Mitchell Company (GMC), headquartered in Ohio. The acquisition includes GMC’s reputable push pointers, end forming machines, and tooling for tube, pipe, and wire rod preparation. Taylor-Winfield plans to maintain service and support for Mitchell’s installed base while expanding its offerings for the wire and cable, tube, and pipe industries. The move strengthens both legacy and innovation in industrial manufacturing.
